Turtlebox Full Return Policy

At Turtlebox Audio, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day risk-free return window from the date of delivery for a refund or store credit.


To qualify for a return under this policy, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Return Period
    The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date the product was delivered to the customer.

  2. Product Possession
    The customer must still be in physical possession of the Turtlebox speaker. Claims for lost or stolen units are not eligible for return under this policy.

  3. Return Submission Process
    All return requests must be initiated through the official Turtlebox Return Portal located on our website. 

  4. Return Label Usage
    Upon approval of your return request, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided. Customers must use this label to return the product. Returns shipped using alternative methods may be refused or result in delayed processing.

  5. Condition of Product
    Returned products must be in good condition and free from unauthorized modifications. We reserve the right to deny a return if the product is not returned in acceptable condition.



Once the returned product is received and inspected, customers may choose one of the following:

  • A full refund issued to the original payment method, or

  • Store credit in the form of an electronic gift card redeemable on turtleboxaudio.com.

Note: Refunds or store credit will not be issued until the returned unit has been received and evaluated by Turtlebox.



Important Exclusions

  • Products not returned using the provided return label may be delayed or ineligible.

  • Returns outside the 30-day window are not accepted unless otherwise specified under a separate warranty or promotional program.

  • Products that show signs of intentional damage, abuse, or tampering may be ineligible for a refund.



Please allow up to 10 business days after delivery of your return to our facility for inspection and processing. Refunds may take additional time to appear on your original method of payment depending on your bank or card provider.
