All Turtlebox speakers are covered under a 1 year warranty, beginning on the original purchase date. The warranty period does not restart on replacement units (exclusions apply). To be eligible for a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:
Possession Requirement
You must still be in physical possession of the Turtlebox speaker.Claim Submission
All warranty claims must be submitted through the official Turtlebox Warranty Portal located on our website. Claims submitted through any other means will not be processed.Return Label and Shipping
Once a claim is approved, the customer must use the prepaid return shipping label provided by Turtlebox to return the defective unit. Claims sent without the provided label or through alternate shipping methods may not be honored.Return Requirement
No replacement unit or store credit will be issued until the defective unit has been received and inspected by Turtlebox. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether the product meets the criteria for a warranty replacement.
Upon successful evaluation of the returned unit, the customer may choose one of the following:
A replacement Turtlebox speaker of the same model or a comparable product (subject to availability), OR
Store credit in the form of an electronic gift card to be used on turtleboxaudio.com toward the purchase of another product.
The chosen resolution is subject to Turtlebox’s approval and product availability.
This Warranty does not cover the following:
Loss or theft of the product.
Damage resulting from intentional destruction or gross misuse.
Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Units that have been disassembled, tampered with, or altered in any form or fashion. Opening or taking apart the speaker will void this warranty immediately.
