Why is my Speaker losing connection/breaking up when using Spotify?

If you are using Spotify and experiencing connection issues please try the following:


1. Open IOS Apple settings 

2. Scroll to your Spotify settings 

3. Open Spotify settings 

4. Locate Bluetooth toggle - be sure its is turned OFF
