To charge your device using your Turtlebox speaker you'll need to have a USB-C compatible charger. Plug the USB-C into the OUT charging port and connect it to your device.
Our Gen2 speakers are not equipped to directly charge the iPhone 15 or the new iPads, as Apple has transitioned these devices to charge only at a specific voltage. However, we have a solution! By using a specific adapter, available for purchase separately, you can enable charging compatibility. This adapter converts our Gen2 speaker charging to the correct voltage to charge the iPhone 15 and the new iPads. Additionally, you may need a USB-A to USB-C cable, as the adapter converts our USB-C charge-out port to a USB-A charge-out port.

Lastly, to our knowledge, the only other devices it will not charge are Android Pixel 4 and Pixel 6. Larger devices like iPads and laptops won't charge.
