How do I determine which Generation Turtlebox Speaker I have? Print

The Gen 2 Turtlebox Speaker has a snap in place cover on top of the charging ports, with the buttons located on the top front of the box, and a different style grill than the Gen 1 and Gen 1.5 speakers (see images below):

The Gen 1.5 Turtlebox Speaker has 5 battery indicator lights on the control panel and an additional ‘OUT’ charging port, with both charging ports being a USB-C outlet. (see images below)

The Gen 1 Turtlebox Speaker has a USB-mini charging port and AUX jack inside the charging port cap.
