A: Yes! In order to charge your device using your Turtlebox you'll need to have a USB-C compatible charger. Plug the USB-C into the out charging port and connect it to your device.
Unfortunately, our Gen 2 speakers are not equipped to directly charge the iPhone 15 or the new iPads, as Apple has transitioned these devices to charge only at a specific voltage. However, we have a specific adapter, that converts our Gen 2 speaker charging to the correct voltage to charge the iPhone 15 and the new iPads. Additionally, you may need a USB-A to USB-C cable, as the adapter converts our USB-C charge-out port to a USB-A charge-out port.
